Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management software to manage opportunities, interactions.
  • Assist in developing relationship with key people and decision makers.
  • Broaden knowledge to include typical applications and industry jargon.
  • Coordinate administrative customer activities.
  • Promptly respond to all customer needs.
  • Process quotations and customer inquires.
  • Process and review orders (Contract Review) and order entry.
  • Provide customers with technical support and product information.
  • Problem solve and help customers with product selections, understand specifics need and suggest basic alternatives when necessary (Solutions Provider).

Experience: Customer service/sales: 2 years (Preferred).

Mechanical Design Drafter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and perform design-drafting work to achieve target dates and fulfill project requirements. This includes the creation and implementation of project and resource plans, communication with team members on ability to meet schedules, and meaningfully contribute in design meetings.
  • Understand, organize, and provide the peripheral components of a design project. This includes the organization and implementation of drawing revisions needed as a result of the work request for or beyond the work order definition.
  • Develop design layouts for systems, conceptual systems, or other needs with minimal direction to fulfill end requirements.
  • Proficient creation of solid and assembly models for use in design analysis, determining physical properties, manufacturing processes, and prototyping.
  • Produce and/or check Engineering drawings in accordance with ASME standards and Allentown Fluid Systems practices.
  • Comply with internal change control processes.
  • Conform to internal data management practices. Have a thorough working knowledge of the internal data management processes and their purposes.
  • Create and maintain Engineering Technical Data Package relationships inside of the product data management system.
  • Effective use of time management.
  • Assist production with their responsibilities for timely delivery of projects.
  • Keep abreast of new and current technologies related to all design, drafting, CAD and fabrication functions.
  • Contribute in departmental process improvements.
  • Handle departmental projects as directed. This includes the project planning and implementation.
  • Perform project estimation, including pre-project data gathering and preliminary project planning.
  • Understand and comply with Allentown Fluid Systems work processes.
  • Demonstrative understanding of Allentown Fluid Systems business systems.
  • Safeguard of all information and data in accordance with established company policy and practices.

Experience: ASME Codes & Standards: 2 years (Preferred). / Education: Bachelor's (Preferred).

Mechanical Design Engineer
